Talk in the Park
Grounded in nature, rooted in connection
Talk in the Park is a regular outdoor gathering for anyone who wants to meet others face to face, in nature and the fresh air, without pressure or agenda. A space for connection and company, for anyone who knows how much courage it takes to simply show up
Some sessions will be workshop based around common mental health struggles; these require a small donation.
Remaining groups are free, just bring your brave and curious self and take a walk on the wild side !
Why Therapy in Nature?
There is something that happens when people come together outside, something that a room with four walls can't always hold.
The air shifts.
Guards come down.
Words find their way out a little more easily.
Talk in the Park is a free monthly wellbeing support group built around one of the most fundamental things we need to heal, to feel human, and to remember that we are not as alone as our hardest days convince us we are: connection.
Each month we gather to walk, to talk, and to simply be in the same space together. Sessions vary, because people vary, and what a group needs on any given day is always a little different. Sometimes it's movement. Sometimes it's stillness. Sometimes it's the kind of conversation you didn't realise you needed until you were already in it.
This is a space for anyone who is ready to reach out, whether you're in recovery, finding your way through your mental health, or carrying a loneliness that has quietly become too heavy to hold alone. You don't need a reason that sounds serious enough. Wanting connection is reason enough.
We meet monthly and occasionally offer small mental health workshops at a small charge — intimate, accessible spaces to go a little deeper.
Come as you are.
There's a guaranteed welcome waiting for you.
